The speech language pathologist will provide center-Based therapy for children with autism, working collaboratively with ots, bcbas, and rbts, while also conducting assessments and creating treatment plans. Responsibilities include training team members and families, and constantly monitoring client progress using data-Driven methods like precision teaching.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master’s degree in speech pathology and the certification of clinical competence (Ccc-Slp), along with current state licensure. Essential functions involve physical demands such as lifting up to 30 pounds, assuming various postures for extended periods, and performing basic client care tasks like feeding and toileting.
