Assistant Teacher, LaPetite Academy of Avon

Assistant teachers must follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom environment. They will also develop skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children, and effectively communicating with families.

Candidates must be energetic and dependable individuals with a passion for working with children, capable of meeting state and/Or accreditation requirements for education and experience. This role requires the ability to work indoors or outdoors and actively engage in physical activity with the children.
