Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for executing daily lesson plans and actively contributing to the creation of a safe, structured, and positive learning environment for children. This role also requires professional communication with parents, children, and team members, along with utilizing technology for progress reporting.

Candidates must possess a cda or an associate's degree in early childhood education and have a minimum number of years of experience in a licensed childcare setting, along with current cpr and first aid certifications. Essential qualifications include strong organizational and decision-Making skills, the ability to build positive relationships, and a commitment to professional growth.
