We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and dedicated Foster Care Case Manager to serve as a cornerstone of support for youth in Johnson City, TN, and the surrounding area.
In this role, you aren’t just managing a caseload; you are an advocate, a navigator, and a steady presence for children working toward a brighter future.
Represent the best interests of youth at court hearings, school meetings, and child/family team meetings.
Provide weekly direct casework services, building relationships with the youth on your caseload.
Develop and implement treatment plans and conduct intake studies to ensure every child receives the right level of care.
Arrange monthly family visits, monitor educational progress and school attendance, and coordinate medical and therapeutic services.
Maintain precise, up-to-date case records and prepare monthly progress reports for families and referring agencies.
Must pass an extensive background check and drug screen.
Ability to handle the physical requirements of the role (standing, climbing stairs, lifting up to 40 lbs) and the emotional weight of child welfare.
$31,700 – $36,200 per year (commensurate with education level).
