ESS Instructional Assistant (Crismon)

The instructional assistant will support ess resource classrooms by instructing and assisting individual students or small groups to reinforce teacher-Introduced material and implementing behavioral plans under certified teacher direction. Responsibilities also include assisting with assessments, grading, supervision during various school activities, and maintaining student confidentiality.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and an arizona ivp fingerprint clearance card, and will be required to pass a criminal background check upon hire. The role requires physical capabilities such as frequent walking, standing, stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds, with occasional exertion up to 50 pounds.
