include developing, implementing, and assessing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students, delivering specialized instruction tailored to individual needs, and monitoring student progress. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Special Education or a related field, along with a valid state Special Education certification, preferably in Massachusetts.
