Special Education Teacher 65 to 75 per hour

Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and assessing individualized education plans (Ieps) for students, delivering specialized instruction tailored to individual needs, and monitoring student progress. The role also requires collaboration with general education teachers and effective communication with parents and guardians.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in special education or a related field, along with a valid state special education certification, preferably in massachusetts. Experience working with students with special needs and a strong understanding of instructional strategies and behavioral management techniques are necessary qualifications.
