Special Education Teacher Middle School- Flex hours 70 to 80 per hour

The teacher will provide tailored instruction for middle school students with diverse learning needs and disabilities, developing and implementing individualized education plans (Ieps) to meet unique goals. Responsibilities also include fostering student engagement, collaborating with staff and families, and evaluating student progress to adapt instruction.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in special education or a related field, along with current state certification in special education, and experience working with middle school students with special needs. A strong understanding of behavioral management, instructional strategies, and excellent communication skills are essential.
