BSW Field Director & Non-Tenure Track Faculty, Social Work

The bsw field director is responsible for representing and promoting the bsw field program within the community, managing field placements, recruiting instructors, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. This role also involves teaching bsw field seminars and conducting required site visits for all bsw students.

A master’s of social work from a cswe-Accredited program and a minimum of three years of direct social work practice experience are required, along with eligibility for a graduate-Level social work license in minnesota. Candidates must possess strong skills in technology, communication, organization, and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
