Educator and Co-Coordinator, Clinical Simulation Center

The educator and co-Coordinator collaborates with faculty, administration, and students to develop and implement clinical simulation as a learning method for nursing students to enhance their educational needs. This role supports the mission of the clinical simulation center in preparing competent, compassionate clinicians.

Required qualifications include proficiency with computer skills, knowledge of education principles, strong communication abilities, in-Depth clinical knowledge of outcome-Based patient care, a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (5 preferred), a minimum bsn, virginia rn licensure, and current cpr certification. An msn is preferred.
