Assistant Infant Teacher

The assistant teacher will help implement age-Appropriate curriculum, organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to maintain a safe and positive learning environment. They will also assist in leading innovative learning activities and monitoring children’s progress and development.

A high school diploma is required, though a cda or early childhood coursework is preferred, along with 6 months to 1 year of experience working with children. Essential qualities include strong collaboration and communication skills, patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-Being and development of young learners.
