Responsibilities include providing direct services, selecting assessment tools, demonstrating treatment progression, reporting progress via documentation, and collaborating with various stakeholders for treatment and discharge planning.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have at least 3 years of speech language pathologist experience, with pediatric outpatient experience preferred, and must hold a texas state license and asha certificate of clinical competence. A graduate or professional work or advanced degree is required, along with current american heart association healthcare provider cpr/Bls certification.
