26-27 Early Childhood Teacher (PreK-Kindergarten)

The teacher is responsible for developing and delivering group and individual instruction based on established curriculum guidelines, while also collaborating with staff and administrators to address instructional issues. This role requires maintaining a positive learning environment, managing student behavior, and communicating student progress to parents.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in child development or early childhood education, or an associate degree in early childhood/Child development, along with a minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience as a lead teacher. Required competencies include applying assessment instruments, operating office equipment, maintaining accurate records, and demonstrating knowledge of child development stages and behavioral management strategies.
