Early Preschool Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will guide a classroom of 2½ to 3-Year-Old learners, implementing the early pre-Preschool curriculum focused on building independence and academic foundations. Key duties include supporting developmental milestones, managing classroom routines, guiding toileting success, and maintaining daily communication with families.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with experience working with children aged 2 to 3 years old; prior lead classroom experience is preferred. Candidates should understand developmentally appropriate practices and must meet idaho childcare licensing requirements, with cpr/First aid being preferred.
