Substitute Teacher

Substitute teachers are responsible for following provided lesson plans, engaging students with assigned material, and maintaining a positive and respectful classroom environment. They must also enforce school rules, manage behavior, and communicate necessary information to the regular teacher upon return.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in education or a related field, and demonstrate strong communication skills for effective student engagement. Experience in an educational setting or working with children is highly desirable, along with flexibility and commitment to the school's mission.
