Conduct Specialist

The conduct specialist will work closely with individuals with behavioral and conduct disorders, providing support, guidance, and interventions to enhance their social and emotional well-Being. Key duties involve developing behavior modification plans, implementing therapeutic strategies, and collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience working with adults with behavioral disorders and have a strong understanding of behavior modification principles and evidence-Based interventions. Essential requirements include strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, proficiency in documentation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a live scan.
