The registered behavior technician implements individualized programs based on aba principles for adults, focusing on increasing communication, self-Help, social, and employment skills. This role involves collecting and entering data, implementing behavior intervention plans, and adhering to professional conduct standards while collaborating with supervisors.

Candidates must actively pursue or already possess the rbt credential and ideally have a bachelor's degree or three years of relevant experience, particularly working with adults or managing challenging behaviors in adults. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and basic technological proficiency for documentation are also required.
