Registered Behavior Technician

Registered behavior technicians will directly assist children with autism in developing vital skills such as communication, social interaction, and self-Care while executing aba-Based behavior intervention plans under the direction of a board-Certified behavioral analyst. Duties include observing, recording, and reporting client progress, managing challenging behaviors, and maintaining accurate daily documentation.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a current registered behavior technician certification, along with reliable transportation and the ability to pass a criminal background check. A genuine passion for working with children and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
