Nursing Professional Development Specialist 

This role involves designing, directing, implementing, and evaluating educational offerings for nursing staff based on identified learning needs and levels. The specialist will also consult on professional nursing practice and assist departments with staff orientation and competency development.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing and current registered nurse (Rn) licensure, along with a minimum of two years of recent nursing experience demonstrating clinical expertise. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and prior inpatient experience in a critical care setting.
