Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba team coordinator will provide direct and indirect services supporting families and team members within the autism birth to three program, including writing goals based on priorities and assessments. Responsibilities also involve monitoring progress, reviewing data collection, and evaluating treatment courses to ensure successful outcomes.

Candidates must hold an active bcba license from the department of public health and possess one year of experience working with children with autism in early intervention. A valid connecticut driver's license is required, along with confidence in adapting to various learning styles and a commitment to natural learning environment practices.
