Preschool Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will help plan and implement activities promoting the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of enrolled children. Primary duties include creating a safe environment, supervising daily class functions, and cultivating positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years old, with no prior experience required as training is provided. Essential documentation includes a valid tb skin test, mmr proof, covid vaccine/Exemption proof, a food handlers permit, and a first aid/Cpr card, along with the child care basics (30 hours course) or equivalent.
