Core responsibilities
Teachers are responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and play, implementing the montessori + stem™ curriculum tailored to individual child needs. They must also partner with parents and collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess 12 core early childhood education (Ece) units, including completion of an infant/Toddler course, and hold a child care developmental associate (Cda) credential. Additional requirements include a willingness to change diapers and strong organizational and customer service skills.
