Child Care Certified Preschool Teacher

The certified teacher will oversee programs and activities in multiple classrooms, mentor other teaching staff, and create developmentally appropriate curriculum according to naeyc guidelines. Responsibilities also include partnering with families to develop care and education plans and providing effective communication regarding the child's progress.

Candidates must possess an associate degree in early childhood education or a related field, a child development associate (Cda) credential, or an eec state of ma teacher certification. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility, along with strong organizational and customer service skills.
