Requirements summary
The minimum requirement is a bachelor of science in nursing (Bsn) along with five years of nursing experience, with preference given to experience in child care. Responsibilities include developing individualized education plans, utilizing adult learning principles, and ensuring all nursing practice adheres to legal scopes and professional standards.
