Behavior Technician (BHT) Part Time

The behavior technician will work one-To-One with clients implementing applied behavior analysis (Aba) under bcba supervision to improve communication, social, and independent living skills. Responsibilities also include collaborating with teams, following treatment plans, collecting data, and fostering therapeutic relationships.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm during challenging situations. Preferred experience includes six months working with children or adolescents with autism or developmental disabilities, along with reliable transportation for local travel.
