Student Worker - Fitness Instructor/Trainer(FY26-27) - BC

This role involves planning, developing, and safely instructing fitwell group x classes, such as f45, while ensuring the security and maintenance of the facility and equipment. Responsibilities also include observing participants for proper technique, providing fitness advice, and encouraging the baylor community toward active and healthy lifestyles.

Candidates must pass a state of texas criminal background check and possess a nationally recognized group exercise certificate, with cpr certification required within 30 days of employment. While prior teaching or training experience is preferred, the ability to motivate members and work effectively as a team is essential.
