  • Summary: This school-based Occupational Therapist position provides support to Springfield Schools in Holland, Ohio. The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with students, families, and interdisciplinary school professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The role focuses on enhancing students’ functional, academic, and developmental skills to promote success and independence within the school environment. As patients work through physical rehabilitation, the Occupational Therapist will guide them through a treatment program to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Through collaboration with the patient, you will establish goals and track progress through their rehabilitation. This role allows you to be a mentor to OTAs, students and volunteers. You will also participate in program development, performance improvement projects and other committees.
