Orientation and Pre-College Programs- Student Services Coordinator

This position provides leadership for the university’s pre-College program initiatives and plays an integral role in the logistics and operations of new student orientation, implementing transitional programs during the academic year and summer. Responsibilities include coordinating specific events like senior advantage day and senior day, assisting with orientation logistics for over 10,000 students annually, and managing communications with high school administrators.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree in a related field plus two years of experience in student services, student affairs, counseling, advising, or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must possess excellent public speaking skills, the ability to lead and mentor student populations, strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects, and experience networking across departments.
