Employer Engagement Coordinator

The employer engagement coordinator cultivates and manages relationships with employers and community organizations to enhance career development and experiential learning opportunities for unt dallas students. This role involves promoting student programs to employers, planning employer-Facing events, and assisting in expanding internship and job shadowing opportunities.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree in an appropriate field and two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training. Candidates must possess knowledge of employer engagement strategies, workforce development practices, and career readiness models, along with strong relationship-Building and data tracking skills.
