AVID/History Teacher

Teachers are responsible for delivering rigorous, standards-Aligned instruction in a structured and engaging learning environment to empower students to reach their full academic potential. This involves planning and delivering lessons, differentiating instruction, using data, maintaining classroom culture, and collaborating with families and colleagues.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or higher and hold an arizona teaching certificate, endorsement, or be highly qualified in the content area, along with possessing an ivp level 1 fingerprint clearance card. Preferred qualifications include relevant teaching experience, demonstrated success in raising student achievement, and a commitment to collaboration.
