Family Empowerment Coach

The family empowerment coach develops goal-Oriented relationships with families through one-On-One and group meetings, acting as a resource to determine needs, recognize barriers, and assist in developing strategies for stability and support network strengthening.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and a minimum of one year of coaching experience, with mandatory certifications required shortly after hire, including cognitive behavior therapy life coach certification within 90 days.
