Teacher Assistant

The teacher assistant supports the teacher by implementing and planning developmentally appropriate individual activities within a safe and healthy learning environment, which includes supervising the children. This role also involves promoting the agency mission by supporting staff and engaging with families to coordinate resources.

A high school diploma or ged is required, and the applicant must be willing to earn a child development associate credential within 18 months unless already possessing one. Candidates must also pass a background screening and drug test.
