This role also involves sharing daily updates with parents and guiding play activities to spark curiosity and ensure safety.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, meeting all state lead teacher requirements, with previous experience as an infant teacher being essential. Preferred qualifications include a child development associate (Cda) or a relevant college degree, along with prior preschool lead teacher experience and strong classroom management skills.
