Core responsibilities
The youth care worker will ensure safety and provide continuous supervision for the youth in the program while fostering a supportive atmosphere tailored to student needs. Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting student behavior, assisting with various activities, and collaborating with staff to meet treatment plan goals.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have one year of full-Time experience in a relevant residential or treatment program. Applicants also need a bachelor's degree or specific early childhood/Adolescent education units, and must pass background checks, drug screening, physical exam, and tb test.
