Job Description
Job Summary: This is a clinical position in an academic environment, with a focus on contributing to the overall healthcare of patients in Healing Wings Clinic. Broadly, the psychologist will spend time in clinical care, with some attention to population-based care, interdisciplinary treatment teams, and administrative work. The psychologist will provide clinical care and supervision in a fast paced, integrated care setting within a primary care clinic for patients with HIV/AIDS. The psychologist will be expected to provide individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate. The psychologist will also be expected to collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide high quality care. The psychologist may be asked to supervise mental health learners in the provision of integrated mental health. As needed, the psychologist will also participate in administrative efforts and quality of care efforts at Healing Wings Clinic and JPS more broadly.

· Provide individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate. · Monitor care guidelines to ensure compliance with JPS Health Network and Acclaim Physician Group standards. · Make appropriate patient referrals as necessary. · Maintain a collaborative environment with physicians, clinical staff, and support teams. · Support academic, educational, and research initiatives. · Other duties as assigned.
