Physician - Family Health Center

The physician will coordinate multidisciplinary care for their panel of patients, reviewing medical records to diagnose, treat, and provide education, while also making appropriate referrals. Duties include monitoring national health guidelines and providing evidence-Based, compassionate care to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Candidates must possess a current medical doctor (M.d) or doctor of osteopathy (D.o.) degree and complete residency and/Or fellowship training in family medicine. A current, unrestricted medical license in texas is required, along with being board certified or board eligible.
