Vocational Nursing Faculty

Faculty members are primarily responsible for demonstrating mastery of the subject matter, planning and executing instruction to maximize student learning, and effectively evaluating student progress toward learning outcomes. They must also actively participate in college, divisional, and program activities, including committee service and curriculum review.

Candidates must possess appropriate academic preparation, including an unencumbered rn license in texas, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree in nursing with three years of competency or a bachelor/Master of science in nursing from a regionally accredited institution.
