Core responsibilities
The instructional technologist specializes in technical course delivery support to facilitate learning experiences, working independently and collaboratively with instructional design and media professionals. This role serves as a primary support resource for courses using instructional technology, managing the educational technology ecosystem, and acting as a liaison between faculty, students, and support services.
Requirements summary
Successful candidates must possess working knowledge of functional areas, demonstrated analytical and problem-Solving skills, and proficiency in communication and collaboration. Required technical experience includes supporting faculty and students using a learning management system, preferably canvas, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 1-3 years in instructional design/Educational technology.
