Duties primarily involve instruction, including class preparation, grading assignments, and holding office hours for undergraduate courses in sociology. The successful candidate must also commit to student academic success and fostering an environment that celebrates diversity and differences.

Candidates must possess an appropriate degree (Master's acceptable, doctoral preferred) for teaching lower and upper division undergraduate classes, along with demonstrated excellence in college-Level teaching. Proficiency in written and oral english is required, alongside a commitment to student success and working effectively in diverse, multicultural settings.
