This involves developing materials, conducting live sessions, and assessing training effectiveness to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Candidates must possess over three years of experience in training coordination or instructional design, ideally with prior exposure to payroll and hr systems like ukg ready. Strong presentation skills, proficiency in microsoft office suite, and excellent communication abilities are essential for managing diverse training needs.
