Diabetes Educator - RN - Pediatric Endocrinology, Part Time

This role involves providing education and coordinating care for pediatric patients diagnosed with diabetes, focusing on developing self-Management skills through assessment and collaborative care planning. Responsibilities include tracking follow-Up care, maintaining communication with the patient and care team, and participating in quality improvement activities.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, requiring an associate degree (Adn) with five years of clinical nursing experience and prior diabetes education or counseling experience. A registered nurse license, bls certification, and the commitment to obtain cde certification within three years are mandatory.
