Core responsibilities
The specialist will provide direct, individualized early intervention services to infants and toddlers (Birth to 3 years) with or at risk for developmental delays in home and community settings. This includes partnering with families to develop and implement the individual family service plan (Ifsp) while assessing needs and progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as early childhood education or child development, accompanied by at least 300 hours of practicum or work experience with young children. Preferred qualifications include experience with infants, toddlers, and families, along with reliable transportation and strong organizational and communication skills.
