Assistant teachers are responsible for ensuring the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and interactive classroom environment. This role also involves developing skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children, alongside effectively communicating with their families.

Candidates must possess the ability to meet state and/Or accreditation requirements for education and experience, along with the physical capability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
