Youth Behavioral Specialist

The role involves providing supervision, guidance, boundaries, and direction to residents while demonstrating support and compliance with organizational principles. Responsibilities also include assisting with activity planning, maintaining facility safety and security, and acting with integrity under stress.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and pass extensive pre-Employment screenings, including federal and state background checks and drug/Physical screenings that test for marijuana/Thc. Educational requirements range from a high school diploma/Ged with experience up to a bachelor's degree in a relevant human services field.
