Core responsibilities
Pilates instructors are responsible for supporting members and fostering strong client relationships by providing personalized instruction across private and semi-Private sessions using all pilates apparatus. They must focus on building their clientele by ensuring a positive, educational, and supportive member experience aligned with the brand integrity.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be comprehensively certified in pilates, including training in reformer, mat, tower/Cadillac, chair, and barrels, along with certification in beginner to intermediate repertoire. A minimum of one year of pilates training experience is required, and cpr/Aed certification is mandatory.
