Child Care Certified Teacher

The certified teacher will oversee programs and activities across multiple classrooms, mentoring other teaching staff and partnering with families to ensure a home-Away-From-Home environment for the children in care. Key duties involve creating developmentally appropriate curriculum based on naeyc standards and maintaining effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress.

Candidates must possess an associate degree in early childhood education or a related field, a child development associate (Cda) credential, or an eec state of ma teacher certification. Preferred qualifications include over two years of experience in a licensed child care facility, along with strong organizational and customer service skills.
