Youth Development Staff - Valley

This role involves supporting the ymca's mission by ensuring the safety, supervision, and leading of activities for children aged 6 weeks to 11 years in the child watch and family activity center. Staff collaborate to develop and deliver academic and enrichment programs while maintaining strong connections with families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and are preferred to have two years of experience working with children aged 6 weeks to 11 years. A key requirement is the ability to develop positive, authentic relationships with diverse individuals and complete all program-Specific trainings upon hiring.
