Core responsibilities

The bcaba will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and monitor individualized behavior support plans, and coordinate client goals while maintaining a minimum caseload of 25 billable hours per week. Key duties also include providing direct instruction using aba principles, preparing progress reports, and supervising registered behavior technicians (Rbts) and support staff.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in special education, psychology, or a related field, along with current board certified assistant behavior analyst (Bcaba) certification from the bacb. A minimum of 1 year of bcaba experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multi-Disciplinary teams.
