Behavior Specialist K-6 (26/27 School Year)

The behavior specialist will consistently implement the school’s code of conduct and train staff, students, and families on behavior expectations and policies. Key duties include analyzing behavioral data, identifying students needing support, developing targeted intervention plans, and fostering positive relationships.

A bachelor's degree is required for this role, along with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience working with diverse student populations or in an urban setting is preferred, and fingerprint clearance through the nys department of education is mandatory.
