Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will provide direct patient care in individual and group settings, implementing intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements while following prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols. Essential duties also include collecting and recording patient behavior data, assisting with parent/Caregiver training, and maintaining client confidentiality.

Candidates must possess current certification as a registered behavior technician and ideally have one year of successful experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required abilities include effective professional communication, strong organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment while working with at-Risk children.
