Child Development Technician - Kids First Searcy

This role involves providing quality direct patient care for young children, including serving meals, assisting with feeding, diapering, and dressing, while offering developmentally appropriate behavioral guidance during scheduled activities. The technician will also follow directions to provide individualized developmental services using a child-Centered and family-Focused approach within assigned treatment rooms.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Ged plus six months of experience working in childcare, though additional education in early childhood education or a related field may substitute for experience. Applicants are required to pass state abuse registry checks, drug screening, and submit to a tb skin test or provide proof of immunizations.
